*USD-INR exchange rate calculated @ Rs.60 per USD. Should there be a significant exchange rate fluctuation, the exchange rate as on Sept 27th,2018 will apply.


The tariff includes stay, food, program & entertainment as per your choice of registration for day 1,2 & 3 (i.e. for September 27, 28 & 29 only)

People coming the previous night must pay Rs. 1,000/- per person for their previous night stay and Rs. 200/- for dinner.

We will try to allocate your stay in the same room for all the four nights. Children below 5 years will be free.

Registrants will receive a Registration kit, name badge, program & entertainment schedule and a souvenir.

Offsite registration - Rs. 3,000/- per person (USD 50 - only food, program and entertainment)

After bank transfer is made, please provide us the transfer details and reference number, or screen shot of transfer details to +91-98453 10070 on WhatsApp, or mail to and a copy marked to along with the names of the participants and the registration choice. We will send you the screen shot receipts to your WhatsApp / email.


Foreigners who would like to register themselves for the event should send their request by mail to and a copy marked to, mentioning the choice of accommodation. Their booking will be blocked as per their request, and the money can be paid at the venue.

Note: Your registrations will only be confirmed only after you’ve sent your travel itinerary well in advance, lest your booking will stand cancelled.



Room reservations will only be done if you have Pre-registered yourself by paying Rs. 1,000/- per person, and giving the bank transfer details with names of participants.

Full registration

If you pay your registration amount in full, your accommodation will be pre-allocated in advance and you will have to just collect your room keys and proceed to your rooms directly, this will avoid standing in long ques for your balance payment and room allotments. This will also help us to speed up our registration process and plan properly.


There we be no refund on cancelation, however it is transferable, failing which the amount will be taken into New Comer Fund.

Registration Cut-off date

The cut-off date for pre-registration will be on September 15, 2018. Onsite registration will continue from day Zero at the venue.


For those who require a letter of invitation for visa purpose, please mail us your name and passport details to and a copy marked to, with subject as Visa Letter.

New Comer Fund

Those who wish to donate funds to the new comers you may do so through the above bank account and keep us updated by giving the transfer details through WhatsApp or email.

People coming a day or two before or after the event, the hotel charges will be as follows;

Standard Room (2 sharing) - Rs. 2,200/- + 18% GST
Deluxe Room (3 sharing) - Rs. 2,800/- + 18% GST
Deluxe Suite Room (4 sharing) - Rs. 3.200/- + 18% GST

The above booking can be made directly with the hotel mentioning that you're a convention participant and the contract rate for participants agreed was as above.
